Positive Leadership
Hay everyone✨!
and behavior that is empowering, where we focus on our team's strengths and where we
foster a positive atmosphere. We create a place where growth and development
is encouraged completely.
How do we use positive leadership?
✨Focus on finding solutions together, when we see challenges as opportunities
and
make sure to maintain a hopeful outlook we can more
easily spread our positive energy.
✨Use our Active listening skills. Empathy and compassion,
where we show each other understanding,
remain non-judgmental, show care and focus on building strong
and trusting relationships.
providing them with opportunities for learning and for growth as well.
That will boost motivation and not to mention it helps to keep the atmosphere positive.
where we navigate through difficulties with grace and we
support others in doing the same.
Positive leadership fosters an environment where individuals can thrive,
feel valued, and contribute their best work.
This, in turn, leads to higher levels of engagement,
productivity,
and overall team work that we define as success.

@AnnaSilverberg Every suggestion you listed is something you do. You ✔️ off all the boxes and are, without a doubt, an amazing leader and team player. Anyone who works with or along side you has a great advantage because they get to see things first hand. I hope you truly know how remarkable of a person you are! ♡
You are so kind to me, Caring 🌈
I appreciate you so much!
Thank you for your kind words!
✨💙✨
@AnnaSilverberg You're so welcome, my beautiful twin. ♡ ya!
@AnnaSilverberg I'm not a leader of anything, but awesome post, it was an uplifting read ❤ gives you a giant tiny hug ❤ happy national unicorn day😁❤ I love you ❤
@Tinywhisper11
The audacity to say that when you are leading the board for "who spreads the most cheer around?" since like forever?!😛
Lolabeanieeee, I understand the context and the whole leadership roles with badges and designation thingy, but if I may? you don't need to wear a badge to lead with kindness and love!
And if you do, then I'm certain you're wearing many of them in your pretty pink superhooman cape!🤗
I'd need so much math to do to be able to come with a number that equates to the number of times of you've impacted the community with your kindness and spread cheers, or to be able to specify the exact number of people you've made smile or how many times. It is a loooooooooong number, that I'm certain of, though!🥰
You are a leader, a born leader in fact, you give out lessons on kindness, love, compassion, strength, resilience, and how to have a laugh even if your having the worst kind of days, so many more, again, a big number and my math isn't the best but vvvvv big number here for sure!
Keep being you okie?! You make 10 times more impact than you realise you do!💖
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou aww sunny boo, that brought a tear to my eye ❤ thankyou so much 🌹🌹luckily I have awesome people like you to look up to and to help show me the way ❤❤ hugs you tightly ❤ I love you ❤
@Tinywhisper11 aww *hugs back tighttly* I love you moreee!🤗💖
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou
Sun is right
@Tinywhisper11 leaders come from all walks of life and styles. you are a natural leader organically championing compassion. people are drawn to you and inspired by you. Sun said it all much better, and i echo their sentiment! you don't need a badge or label to be influential. thank you for being such a wonderful role model and paragon of positivity in our community.
@Heather225 ❤❤ your gonna make me cry again🙂 Thank you for always being so kind to me ❤ hugs you tightly ❤ I love you ❤
It's admirable how you spread your wonderfulness
around Cups! If I'd be giving you a badge,
it would be a badge called "Unicorn of Cups".
Because you are so unique and you truly spread your
kindness, cheerfulness and caring spirit here on Cups.
Thank you so much for being you!
✨💙✨
@AnnaSilverberg ❤❤ thankyou ❤❤ I love you ❤
Aw thanks for joining! @Heather225 @coolvibes <3<3<3
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou awwhh, that was amazing to witness
@AnnaSilverberg
i'm so wild about this image! pulling the team and doing everything won't get you anywhere. you'll keep on dragging, forcing and creating friction.
instead, lean on them, delegate tasks, share the load, invest in their strengths, and let their voices help guide a successful motivated team.
from someone like you who has cultivated and nurtured several successful teams (and well on your way with LCT now!), i appreciate your wisdom. thanks for imparting it!
not only to write this post but also just in general.
You are my glitter twin, and H, you truly sparkle!
And I fully agree with you, taking on all of the work will
only end up making the leader believe less in their team and
feel frustrated and burnt out. And that's never a good thing.
Leadership is about guidance, encouragement and all other things
that I mention in my forum post. And I want you to know that you
definitely check all of those boxes that I mention here above 💞
Just as I focus on nurturing our teams, you nurture me with
your guidance, encouragement and steadfast believe in me and my work.
I believe in Cups and what it stands for, and I will always continue
spreading my magic wherever and whenever I can 💞
✨💙✨
gonna tag some lovely leaders off the top of my head to share their experiences, if they'd like!

@Heather225 Thank you For the Tag, I am constantly learning so much from folks here on Cups. I am kind of still grasping the entire scenario of what it means to be a leader and role model, but there are so many people and resource to draw from here on Cups. All my roles offer me a new perspective on top of my personal experience of being at the starting gate as a user here. it Amazes me all the time how 7 cups strives to find balance between the social media experience and still facilitate personal growth. Being in more roles behind the scenes gives me a broader appreciation of what cups is all about. I believe the core values here very much support my inspirations for the world even outside of cups, and I am not sure I will ever truly give back what has been given to me by this community and am truly honored to have the opportunity to replicate everything I have taken in. There have been so many folks in 7 cups history that have left their imprint on the path and vision of the platform, I wish I could pay tribute to them all. I myself am just a pebble in the water when it comes how I contribute to the community. Most the folks that have moved up to ambassador and beyond are truly deserving of the recognition here. they leave big shoes to fill, but that is okay. They inspire me to be better every time I am here.
@AnnaSilverberg
Thank you for tagging me @Heather225

✨What has encouraged you to do your best for the team you’re in?
I am an Academy Mentor and an Academy Mentor Leader. As an Academy Mentor with the Internship Program, I want the Interns who join the program to have not only a learning experience but also one that is enjoyable and unforgettable. This has encouraged me to take on extra mentees when I can to help out on my team when there are not enough mentors. As an Academy Mentor Leader, my task is to create team building exercises for the Academy Team leaders. I believe in providing a great experience for the mentees in all of the Academy programs. The Academy Program can only provide a better experience when leaders are operating from a collective, and not in isolation. Hence I am encouraged to create team building exercises that are creative, engaging, and fosters togetherness.
