How does Music affect you?
Some songs make me feel sad or even break into tears when I listen to them, but at the same time there are also songs that really inspire me and get me going again. Music can have a massive effect on emotions. That’s one of the reasons why it is added to movies or work-out videos.
It is much more fun to work-out with a motivating beat than to do exercises in silence. Happy, upbeat music causes our brains to produce chemicals like dopamine and serotonin, which evokes feelings of joy, whereas calming music relaxes the mind and the body.
Music therapy can be used for a variety of conditions, and with adults or children. The practice can help people suffering from anxiety, depression, and trauma to illuminate or express underlying sources of pain.
Music therapy can also be especially powerful for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and brain damage due to stroke or traumatic brain injury. According to the British Association for Music Therapy, music can really help those with psychological, cognitive or communicative needs.

Nice that music helps you! I agree with what you said about being sad and listening to sad music, it makes me feel more sad indeed so I rather listen to something more neutral or "Happy Music"
@amiablePeace77 I enjoyed the first one the most. It was upbeat. The second one was nice too but the longer I listened to it I noticed that there is a sad undertone to it
