@amiablePeace77  Do you wake up sometimes in the morning and feel low?

I do but I do yoga stretching while still in bed and that helps me get started. 

What change would you like to see made to your morning routine so that you can face the day in a more optimistic mood? Have it be 40 degrees F warmer than in is in the middle of winter.

I can understand that you long for warmer weather when it's cold. Sending sunshine your way! 🌞

Stretching/yoga are great in the morning for me too and both prepare the body for movements. (Prevent us from falls by improving our balance)

Do you wake up sometimes in the morning and feel low?

Definitely, I feel lousy much of the time.  It can be difficult to get up because of that.  I have little reason to get up, sometimes.

When we do not feel well it can be more difficult to leave the bed.  What is something that helped you in the past to get up?

I get up because I know I need to.  It can take me a lot longer to get ready to do anything or go anywhere, but then I feel better if I do get out and move around.

Sometimes it just needs some moving around to kickstart the day.  Some people benefit from doing some stretching in the bed.

Wake up at a proper time so that i can do everything i need to at ease instead of being pressured by time before i get to class. Drink a warm cup of water, stretch a bit here and there, breathe morning air for a few minutes, read God's word even if it's a single page or even a verse.. have a proper breakfast

Yes.  It is a fantastical solution.  I would like at least 4 more hours of sleep/time to relax in the evening.

I agree with you Ami💗 Thank you for this reminder! 

For a few days now, I have been feeling this! Because of a lot of stressors that I were unable to manage. 

However, I feel that, by exposing myself to natural light outside, staying away from phone early morning, practicing visualisation and starting my day with positive affirmations can help me stay upbeat throughout the day!

Nothing. There’s no need to change my morning routine. Feeling low in the morning for me is related to the weather and how it looks outside, if I had enough sleep, things like that.

if I don’t get too much deep sleep I am tired so it is important I have a bedtime routine. It helps to unwind and unplug .
