I’m being honest with my children and friends about feeling lonely rather than pretending that I’m fine. I was honest with my manager and the CEO about the stress I’ve been feeling at work and I finally felt heard.

I like to journal 

Exercise, with a good audiobook is my go-to.  Second on the list has to be curled up with a good book.

I’m doing happy things as much as possible no matter what it is to keep myself in the realm of emotional self care as long as possible. Sometimes I end up outside of it but nowadays I’m in the realm of it more than I ever was as being out of it is rarer than ever.
