It's my birthday today!
Had some pretty bas anxiety earlier but so far its been a good day. Made a frozen pizza. Made some coffee. I am 52 today!

I'm late to the party as usual, but happy belated birfday! I hope you enjoyed your coffee and pizza... and put a candle in it. The pizza, not the coffee. Lol. Those are both comfort foods to me... remind me of good times. I hope it was. Age is just a state of mind. I'm 46, to be 47 this year, and I still feel like a teenager. Mentally... lol. Physically, my neck is 76, my back isn't far behind, my knees are keeping up, but they're turning 57 this year...hope your anxiety gave you a reprieve. Hugs!
