jalapeno poppers!!!!
6 jalapenos
8oz softened cream cheese
salt
pepper
garlic
onion powder
1 package bacon
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, more or less depending on preference
preheat oven or airfryed to 425
cut all the jalapenos in half through the stem, gut them with a spoon
in a bowl mix all the spices and the cream cheese and cheese, seasoning to taste.
Stuff the mix inside the Jalapenos, squishing it in tight. There will/ be left over filling, its good in eggs xD
wrap the jalapenos in one full piece of bacon, and place it open side up on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Cook 15 minutes or until bacon is cooked and peppers are tender!
Tip: leave some seeds in or mix them into the cheese mix for extra spice!

You can make beef empanadas, corn empanadas, vegetable empanadas, ham and cheese empanadas... The filling is kind of a Choose Your Own Adventure, haha. See you later! I have empanadas to eat (yes, that's what I'll actually have for dinner) ❤️

Right 😃- those critters are not Bunny and our deer/roe deer are not called Bambi either !!
