Good long walks with the dogs this week because the physiotherapist gave my legs back to me!!
Food? Well, the last red pepper potage my son made was perfect.

My sons always enjoyed being in the kitchen, and this one has done both learning on his own and from me. They both cook as an act of love, I can tell. The US son is mostly keeping his companion happy with his food and the son in France just enjoys cooking, period. He can cook all he wants as long as he does the clean-up as well 😃

Fradiga, I had to laugh when I read "..... as long as he clean-up as well". Cooking is always the nice part for me too but not really the clean up 😀

There is a reason to that. When I cook, I clean up as I go. The dishes are almost done by the time people come to the table, you see. When my husband used to cook, it would practically take DAYS to clean up after him. Same thing with Son. no. 1. I don't know about son no.2 and his GF though.

@amiablePeace77 Lately, I haven’t been eating much, but one thing I’ve really enjoyed is grabbing a refreshing juice from Juiceland. Their smoothies and juices are just so good, especially when you need something light but satisfying. I love the variety of fresh ingredients they use, and it’s a perfect pick-me-up when I’m in the mood for something healthy and tasty. It’s kind of my go-to treat these days!

Nice that you found the perfect "pick-me-up' for you. I like that they mix juice and veggies together as just juice from fruit lacks the necessary fiber and often has too much sugar.
