I'm a huge introvert but have realized I do need some people time, even if it's just sitting in the same room. I started with Alcoholics Anonymous which was great. With that said, I think a great place to start and break this cycle is some sort of support group i don't there's a lot of pressure to be any certain way and you can ease into social interaction.

I definitely know that feeling. Dealing with the same currently. Had a huge roadblock in my mental health journey and wanted to call somebody and realize I didn't really have anybody that I could talk to about what was going on and that's kind of why I'm here today. I'm new to 7 cup. And don't want to feel so alone. But sometimes the best thing to do is to get up and just walk outside for just 3 minutes and see how you feel. Air hug, and you aren't alone today! Im here HI!

Isolation is different from being alone. If you're being isolated by someone or something, try connect with people even if that means that you have to crawl just to connect with people. I am being isolated also but I still try to connect with people because I want and like to connect with people.
