Hi. Best wishes. Here are some ideas I would try myself in a similar situation:
- Figure out what started the upset
especially since the crying started
- Search Google or Bing for best answers for crying.
Try the solutions that seem most appropriate
and are evidence-based solutions if possible

Hello @MindyMouse21 🐱!
Sometimes crying is a good way to release bottled up feelings and can be healthy.
❝emotional tears (which flush stress hormones and other toxins out of our system), that potentially offers the most health benefits. Researchers have established that crying releases oxytocin and endogenous opioids, also known as endorphins. These feel-good chemicals help
ease both physical and emotional pain. ❞

The only time tears would be a problem is if it is affecting your day to day activities or are uncontrollable. It is recommended to speak to a medical professional who will be able to help determine the issue and can provide you with the proper treatment.
In the meantime...
Did something recent in your life happen Mindy or has this been something consistent? If we dig deeper, perhaps we can find the root of the issue.
Hope things get better for you. 💜🪻

Are you in physical or emotional pain?
@MindyMouse21 If you feel sadness while crying than it might be lost relative, rejection or loss of any kind. However if there is no sadness involved it could typically be a physical condition.
Hey, I just want to say I’m the same recently.
I had this experience before, it’s difficult to figure out exactly why, just feel a bit depressed.
I feel I need friends but also feel like no one I can really talk to.
It will pass though.
My counselor told me look up!
Nothing more just look up!
And it really works!
I was crying at commercials on my tv!
