How are you doing with your stressors lately?
Have you found good friends to talk to ?
I find that everyone benefits from their own ratio of solitude and togetherness. I love science of all kinds, and some might argue this isn't science. I support your opinion if thats you. Humans, homosapiens, were originally hunter gatherers who lived in groups. Due to that, even in current times humans benefit positively from human interaction. It's literally in our DNA.
Anyway that got all long and boring.
I just wanted to say I hope everyone finds a good, dependable friend to talk to and lean on in their time of need. Whether going through it or having a good day, to feel happy and healthy forming good bonds with others.

I have first seen this now, I'm sorry for taking so long to see it and respond. 🙏🏻 Courage is strength 🙂💐 If you think that no one respects you, you always have yourself dear. You can respect yourself, love yourself, and find time to tell yourself you think you're beautiful. ☀️ After all, there is only one you in existence. Isn't that inspiring? Repeating yourself is ok, it gives you a chance to hear yourself again as well and change what you said to better fit what you meant.
Don't give up. We all have some days that aren't as amazing as others. But every day is a blessing no matter what 🤗 everything will be ok 🙏🏻 thank you for being brave and sharing your true thoughts 💭 Hope you're feeling better today :)

I haven't been doing well with my stressors. I feel like I'm eroding piece by piece and there won't be anything left soon.
I don't have many friends close enough to confide to. My best friends have their own problems and I don't want to burden them. Sometimes I feel like I just complain all the time.
Don't worry. It's normal to have some not so happy days. Otherwise we wouldn't be human.
Have you ever considered writing ?
Poetry, short stories, lists, anything that comes to your mind?
Maybe open up Microsoft word or some free notepad app and just write each night or almost every night before bed. Just anything that comes to mind.
Might help.
Also, have you ever seen Earth or Rock that has been eroded over time by water or the elements? It's quite beautiful.

I’m not sure how to connect to people here .. I have also posted a thread of my situation since I’m new and I thought it’ll help to introduce myself to everyone but it seems no one has seen it. So yeah, I’m still figuring out the app right now.
Don't worry. I think the ability to join groups and interact is a bonus 😄 not everyone sees them so don't worry if no one interacts immediately.
I think this app is great for self paced therapy, and also the ability to chat with real therapists and listeners whenever you need it.
