@lavenderCranberry3121 hey dear...yeah it's ok to feel like that or to cry. I would rather say it's better to cry because it helps us to release those emotions than keeping it inside which can be more damaging.. but ya please try to understand what make you feel that emotions and may be work on it so that you feel better, because you deserve to feel better❤️ 🤗  if it helps then talk to someone here...may be it will help you feel but light.

I can assure you, this pain will end. You will feel better 🥰 just hang in there buddy

@lavenderCranberry3121 yep crying releases endorphins into our body. Which instantly makes us feel better. So cry away sweetie ❤ gives you a hugggg, I hope you find your smile soon ❤

What is normal anyway but boring? If you haven't been diagnosed with depression, than it means you probably are going through a tough situation that will pass or that you may need to see someone for depression. Nothing wrong with that.

If you have been diagnosed and are going through therapy especially, it's part of the process. I don't like to cry as I found it weak. The other day I was alone and cried for about an hour, ugly girl cried and everything. 😊 I felt strangely calm and tired after. It was as though I had all that pain festering in there and I was too stubborn to let it out. Crying is cathartic and not weak (although I'll still hide to do it🤣). I'm a tough chick. I have to. 😊

Crying shows emotion, everyone gets emotional sometimes. It is ok to be upset, but always remain strong, and never let anyone try to make you feel down.

I often have days when I just cried all day.  I don't want to do anything but just cry because the emotional pain I feel inside could not subside.  I happened when I lost a dear pet of mine or when I am really going through so many problems that I just can't take it anymore.  The only way I can feel better is to cry.

Emotions are a natural part of the human experience, and everyone has their own emotional rhythms. There's no strict definition of what's "normal" for everyone, as our emotional responses can be influenced by a variety of factors, both internal and external. What's important is to understand the context and the reasons behind these feelings
