HI Im 30. I been so stressed out because Im stuck in this hole I guess you can call it, not sure whats my next step. What I want to do, who I want to be.. I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions on how to get out of this hole I'v been in for sometime now.....

maybe try writing about what is making you fee stuck? wha change you wanna see and some steps you can take to make some change ... little goes a long way too 💕
