...See more So me and my partner have been together for about 9 years. Somethings wrong with me, I'm having mad issues opening up, talking about my feelings or voiceing when something is bothering me. It's definitely a hard time right now in our relationship, I just want us to be happy again.

...See more Hi first time posting on here .. This all is new to me, I'm 30 years old and I'm just realizing that figuring yourself out is hard. Right now my big issue is opening up .. i dont like talking about my feelings.. I absolutely hate it . I guess i was always ta7ght to brush it under the rug and everything is good. We'll no not everything is good cause under the rug is getting full and I'm still not sure how to deal with this. It's taken a big toll on my relationship. Like I bin with my man for 9 years now and honestly I don't know how he dealt with me for that long and is still willing to stick around and help me through this .. it's definitely been a rough go the last year.. and I guess I'm just wanting to see if others had any advice or suggestion about opening up and easy way to deal, with you emotions. ?
