Hey! My name's Sofia.

I've been through and seen a lot on my own journey towards mental health. I've had major depressive disorder, depersonalization/derealization, body dismorphia, suicidal ideation, ect. I've met people who've had eating disorders, anxiety, and drug addictions and they got through it. I still have my own issues from time to time but I've come to realize that it's okay. Sometimes things are hard and will take a while to get better but they do get better. And I hope I can help someone during their hard times, if you want to vent or talk, I'm here. Talk to me.
