Hello and Welcome to my little slice of the internet! I'm so glad you've made it, and I really hope that I can be of use to you, and help you with whatever you may be going through. I'm not an expert by any means, but the following areas are ones that I've definitely had experience with and am interested in: Anxiety, Chronic Pain, College Life, Depression, LGBTQ+, and Sleep Issues.
