Hello - I'm a 40 year old woman from Australia, working in the Early Childhood field.
During my life, I have had bouts of depression caused by low self esteem, grief & trauma, however I am learning how to manage these qualities through diet and exercise and talking about how I am feeling with loved ones.
I am fortunate to have some friends and family who have supported me through the harder times, however, I am aware that some people may not have these supports and I wish to offer a gentle ear to anyone who might need someone to hear them.
