Hello and welcome to 7cupsoftea; we are here to help you and I am beyond honored to give my experiences and training to help you along your path. I have experience with anxiety, depression, parenting, bullying as a child/adult/cyber bullying. Trying to go through these times in your life alone without anyone there is hard and I am more than happy to lend a shoulder (monitor) to cry on.
