Hi there! I'm glad you found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I am 34 years old, recently finally finishing my bachelors degree after going through a rocky patch. I have experienced a lot in my life and have many years of social work and peer counselor experience that has brought me here. I enjoy helping others and supporting people in moving forward in their lives. I love 7 Cups because I feel it fosters empathy, which I feel we could all use some more empathy for ourselves and each others in our lives. When I'm not helping others here I'm doing research, knitting, playing video games or walking my dog.
