A poem a wrote for anyone who may need it:

If you ever feel lost

If you ever think there is no hope left in the world 

That the world would be better off without you

That hiding in the shadows and keeping your mouth shut is the way to go

No, that is not the way to go

You have a purpose in life

Your demons do not define you

You will not let them take over

You are stronger than them and deep inside I know you know that this is true

You are the key from turning the switch from

Dark to Light 

Death to Life

Fear to Peace

Helpless to Hopeful 

I am not going to stand here and tell you 

“Everything is going to be perfect in the end”

I know for a fact there is no such thing as perfect

Perfection is an illusion 

We can’t live life complaining and worrying about the negatives and imperfections in life

We must see these events as a lesson 

Lessons that can either defeat us or make us stronger

We need to learn to see the positive sides of life

And little by little you’ll see purpose start to surface

You are strong

You are brave 

You are lovely 

 You are unique 

And last but not least

You are worth living ❤️
