...See more I'm not certain what the protocol is on another listener approaching another listener for help, but I do not like that I don't have the option as I do with members to end the chat when I feel it needs to end. I had a really strange experience where I had a listener that was almost as bad as my neediest member. This is also a problem when, as a listener, I have members I'm already working with. Why can't there be a "knock knock" button and an "end this conversation" button as well?

I can't express how much openHeart76 has helped me tonight. I was in a state of panic and chaos when I started my chat session. I'm in a much calmer place now and while I can't say all my self-inflicted problems are gone - it's comforting to know that someone understood my emotions.
