Hi. I'm a Canadian in my mid 20's studying in the field of addiction and mental health to be a counsellor. I have a passion for trauma treatment and counselling and have taken two cognitive processing therapy workshops to prepare myself for handling trauma. I am a volunteer crisis responder in my region, and I am ASIST trained through LivingWorks. I am comfortable providing suicide interventions, listening to your struggles and thoughts regarding mental health, substance use, and/or trauma that you may have experienced firsthand or secondhand. I will not judge you for your sexual orientation or gender identity, nor will I look down on you for struggling with substance use or mental illness. I like to read, cross stitch, and play rpg's and survival/horror video games. :)
