Not only have I had my own experiences with many of these, but I've been able to successfully manage those things through the utilization of behavioral health services, so I'm very passionate about helping others along in their own journeys! In addition to my personal experiences, my educational background is primarily in psychology and anthropology, as human behaviors have always been my biggest fascination.
