Hi, my names Skye and I'm from London. I am a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community :) 
I suffer from a number of mental illnesses which I think help me to understand some of what you go through. Some of these include:
- Depression
-Bipolar I disorder
-PTSD 
-ADHD
-DPDR
I have seen much growth in my mental health journey, getting over a lot of my anxiety, panic attacks, bulimia and grief management. 
All i want is the chance to help people, I have been told I am easy to talk to and I just wish to give people the comfort and support I wish I had in my darkest moments. I know that if I had someone to talk to in the middle of the night when I was overwhelmingly depressed, it would've helped me immensely. We all struggle to some extent with the loneliness inside ourselves and I hope I can eleviate some of that from you. As humans we rely heavily on social contact, no one should be alone with their problems.
