Hello and I thank you for stumbling across my listener profile, I'm Michelle! :) I have had a lot of experience in my own life battling anxiety and depression, so I know first hand what it might feel like to some of you. I am here to help and lend a non judgmental hand to any of you. <3 I can talk to you about a range of things like depression, grief, anxiety, bullying, being bullied for a disorder you might have (I have been through all of these things) and even the lgbtq community (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer). To name a few things about myself I will say that I am 20 years old, I do love animals, cooking, reading, fitness and helping make others feel better and happy.
