For a long time I struggled with low self-esteem, anxiety and emotional problems, I gave myself to people and wonder why those people didn't value me, but the truth is I didn't value myself and I let other people decide for my life. One day I decided that I wanted to be happy, so I started reading and learning how to become a better version of yourself, how to love yourself and I can tel it is not easy but everyone who really wants it can do it. One of my dreams is to help people to find joy in their lives.
