Bio

Hi. My name is Jeff. I have bipolar disorder. I am available to talk to anyone struggling with bipolar disorder or any other type of mental illness. I am active in my local mental health recovery community and considering becoming a licensed Peer Support Specialist. I live in Virginia. I am originally from the New Jersey/Delaware area and have also lived a good number of years in Northeast Tennessee. If you are struggling with underemployment, medication issues, SSI types of issues, or managing your depression and mania and want to talk, contact me. If you have other mental health issues, I have friends and family that have struggled with other issues, including schizophrenia, so I can relate to the struggles of people suffering with different mental health disorders.
