Hello, I am glad you found me on 7 cups of tea. My name is Jessica. I love helping people, so that being said I am here to help anyone out on any situation.
I know it may be hard speaking with a friend or family about a situation sometimes but no worries here at 7 cups there are many listeners here to listen and help you. I dont judge so you can speak to me about anything. I understand sometimes we as humans need to vent about situation that are either big or small but as long as we vent it actually helps us relax and having people give advice can help also with any situation. Just speaking to someone will make you feel someone is there for you, just feeling the love,support and caring just feels great having that.
I am not a judging type, Ive been through bullying most of my life,fell into depression, dealt with horrible people who are no longer in my life and one point i felt like giving up on life. But overtime i overcome those horrible obstacles because in life we all will deal with things and we live and learn to move on. I now surround myself with positive people and look at things positive. I also going through PTSD,Anxiety and Panic Attacks. I can truly help those who go through them as I am learning to cope in my way to handle. I Dont mind sharing what I learn in hopes it helps one another. 
Now I know I am speaking to much now but just wanted to share some info of who I am and what I went through in life. I am a 100% honest person I dont sugar coat anything, I am just an honest person I dont like lying at all. I realize being very honest can help in situations and people appreciate that. Okay let me stop speaking now because I will go on and on lol. Don't be shy to message me about ANYTHING you are dealing with.
