What brings me to 7 Cups of Tea as an active listener is in fact, my very personal experience with life up till now and my compassion and empathy towards people in need of a listening ear.
I love to provide love and support to people struggling with chronic or rare illness, physical or emotional pain, self-love, self-acceptance, mind-body balance, negative emotions, and family matters.
I enjoy journaling, Art and Design, swimming, spending time out in the nature, and reading about health, wellness and personal development.
