Hello listeners! My name is Blake and I am very pleased that you have come to visit my page. To give you some more information about myself, I am a student studying Psychology in college. I have had many experiences throughout my life that have motivated me to go into Psychology. When I was very young, my parents got a divorce and I had a tough time dealing with depression. I also suffered from anxiety and had to learn how to deal with handling negative emotions. Having gone through some of those experiences , I am hoping to take everything that I learned from those experiences and help you in your journey to a better you.

...See more Hello everyone. This is very unfortunate for me to be writing this but I really felt like I needed to talk to someone. Today is my birthday and I'm feeling really depressed right now. I don't have any friends to celebrate with and it has been this way for the past three years. I feel like I'll never have any friends to celebrate with. I honestly wish I didn't have a birthday sometimes.
If anyone needs someone to talk to, I'm here.

...See more Hello everyone! My name is Blake. I am an active listener with 7 Cups of Tea and have been one since August. These past few months have very enlightening for me as I have had the opportunity to meet and help many different people with their problems. One problem that I especially understand is depression. As someone who has struggled with depression for the past 10 years, I can safely say that it is not easy, but there is always help out there. Whether it is friends, family, or even neighbor, there is always support out there for you. If anyone here is feeling down or depressed, message me and we can always talk it out. And don't think I won't understand you because believe me I've been there and it sucks, but you can't give up. You guys are all awesome and are totally worthy of being happy. Don't ever forget that.
