Hello! My name is Zo. I'm so glad you've found me on 7 Cups Of Tea. I myself struggled with anxiety, panic and low self esteem. Nearly 4 year of gtherapy later I am living my life more fully than ever before! I am more happy and confident than ever. To be alive is such a wonderful feeling but only if you can experiencing the joys of life alongside the hardships. Now that I have found a way to love my life despite it’s obstacles, I would like to spread that joy to as many others as I can. I am dedicated to sharing my story and helping others find beauty in life. I look forward to helping you!
