I am paraplegic and have survived 48yrs without the use of my legs. I have worked and ascended through the ranks of the NHS and then ran my own business as a CEO, Director etc. for many years. I have been through bankruptcy, debt collections and bailiffs at my doors, fires that destroyed all my financial worth and I survived panic attacks, fear of the unknown and living life in a wheelchair. I have strength from my wife of 46yrs and love and compassion in my heart, but common sense in my head. I recently watched the BBC drama "Killed by my debt" and just thought, maybe, just maybe I could make a difference to someone's life and stop a suicide or extended misery.
