Hello and welcome to my page, I appreciate you being here and on 7 Cups. 

Please see below a list of things I am able to provide support and listen, and also not able to. You can also see things I have lived experiences with. I am an open book about my experiences. 

I want to be someone who you can come to anytime you need someone to talk to. My approach to listening is to provide a non-judgemental and supportive space, where you can feel safe in expressing your feelings and experiences. I will hopefully give you a space where you feel heard. I may ask you many questions if the situation arises, this is to not just for me to learn more about you but to challenge you to question and explore.

I limit my chats to 60 minute sessions and allow you to schedule chats with me providing 48 hours notice.

I am 29 years old from London England. You can call me serenity. Some things I enjoy in my free time outside of work include crocheting, piano and cooking.
