I kept waiting for her to get mad or leave the chat, but she always had something helpful to say and praised me for being willing to seek help, which is something I think everyone needs to hear. It's hard to work up the nerve to spill our guts, so if a listener is unsupportive or acts like they don't believe you it eeally hurts. But Rawda was amazing; very helpful, encouraging, and positive.
