I'm glad you found me on 7 cups of tea. I'm a trained active listener, and I would love to provide help and support to anyone who needs it.
I've overcome a lot in life, and I would love to help you do the same.
I would be best at helping someone dealing with general anxiety, social anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and/or self harm, as these are all things that I've dealt with personally.
I'm also a part of the LGBTQ+ community.
