Bio
Congrats on your first steps in recovery!
! I'm not taking chats related to domestic abuse or sexual abuse. ! (I hope you understand )
Choosing me was the best choice I've made this year. :) (Prioritizing yourself isn't selfish)
You are important. You are heard. You are loved.
I'm 17 and have bipolar disorder, Body dysmorphia, generalized anxiety disorder, paranoia, insomnia, and PTSD. I'm also a part of the LGBTQ+ community. Trans ally :)
I AM medicated and accept therapy. I encourage reaching out to your guardian or trusted adult for help. Sometimes we can't handle these things on our own.
I understand it is NOT an easy thing to ask for, and that's okay, sometimes we have to do tough things. I reached rock bottom several times before I found some light. It's not hopeless.
Recovery can be a long bumpy road and isn't easy. But you are strong and you can do it. I promise it's worth it.
And hey if you've made it this far be sure to remember to take your medication, take a shower, go eat something, and get some sleep tonight.
