Hello I'm glad you have found me on 7 cups of tea! I'm a trained active listener and i would like to help people struggling with bullying, self-harm, exercise motivation, depression and break-ups. I enjoy swimming a lot as it has always relaxed me whenever i am stressed and i like to read here and there and i am aways up for some kind of adventure.
