Hey it's Lottie. I wanted to join 7 cups because I really care about others and I reckon that if someone is able to reach out to someone and talk about their problems, regardless of what their problem is, then it can have a huge impact and really help people (especially if they feel they can't talk to any family members, friends etc.) I myself have been through some hard times such as my parents divorcing, depressing moods, social anxiety and self harm, but I've put that behind me now and would like to help others to do the same.
