Hi, I'm glad you have found me, I have alot of experience with anxiety and depression in my own life amd have found techniques to cope with them, I would love to take the time to listen and hopefully pass on some helpful tips if needs be. I am always happy to listen.

Cannot say how much he has helped me already and its only been 2 days. Just everything you would want in someone when you feel down. He totally gets what i am feeling and responds perfectly. He will take the conversation away for a minute or two and then ask another question to help me open up.
