You're here because you need someone who'll actually listen and be helpful. Im here to tell you that I am here to listen. It doesnt matter who you are or how crappy youre feeling because I am here for you and will lend an ear or some helpful ideas when necessary. Ill be the person who will pay attention to what you have to say and ill help you to work through some things if it's within my ability to do so. 

If you decide to talk with me but you're worried, then just know that I won't ever judge you. You can tell me anything. And if you feel anxious then ill stay with you and we can take the conversation at whatever pace is okay for you.
