Hello, I'm Jules and although I'm not a fully qualified counsellor, I have some training and qualifications in counselling skills. I'm always happy to talk through what's on your mind and perhaps together we can make things a little easier for you. I have had depression and anxiety most of my adult life and was diagnosed with BPD around ten years ago. I found therapy really helped me and made such a huge difference in my life.
