Hey, I'm Jamie, my life has had it's fair share of ups and downs, I've fallen over but I have also gotten back up :) If you would like someone to listen to you or just to chat about whatever pops into your head, please just say hi. I'm Irish, had an interesting family upbringing with step-siblings, parental divorces and all the associated crap that comes with that. I have great empathy and lots of life experience in areas around depression, anxiety and breakups. I love to travel, practice taekwondo and make things out of scrap in my spare time.
