At some point or another, we all go through difficult times, and I believe that being able to reach out to someone else during these times is something everyone deserves. I'm trained in active listening, and am more than happy to talk with you about how you're feeling today and what's been going on in your life. I'm always striving to learn more about how our minds work, different ways that we can cope through stressful times, and resources to help those who are struggling with a variety of different problems.

I enjoy crafting, working with animals, gaming, reading, or sometimes just sitting in a blanket fort and watching Netflix.
