Hi there! Everybody encounters difficulties in life, and I believe it is crucial for our wellbeing to have a judgement-free, safe space in which to both talk about these difficulties, and really be heard.
I'm a girl, in my late twenties, and I have personal experience with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and mild depression so these are the areas I'm best equipped to respond to. My goal as a listener is to provide that safe space for you to be heard and help work through your worries with compassion and empathy.
