Hi! I'm glad you've found 7 cups. Throughout my life and even before I got my education in psychology I always valued the importance of people's voices. When somebody decides to share their story with me I take it as a privilege. Being able to provide that listening ear and the safe space is something I strive to do everyday. I'm very much about an anti-oppressive approach, not just in a counselling setting but in life! I'm usually a quiet person, but I do enjoy going out with friends sometimes and just talking about life or anything that brings our spirits together (could totally be about pizza!) I'm also a dancer and I love how it gives people a way to express themselves beyond spoken language.
