If you struggle with panic attacks or anxiety, I would love to help you in any way I can. I have an anxiety disorder and I have dealt with panic attacks as well. My experiences with panic and anxiety have taught me a lot over the years and I have a desire to help others who are going through the many challenges that panic and anxiety disorders can cause. For me anxiety has been a life-long struggle that has changed and shaped me as a person, and I truly believe my experiences have given me more empathy and understanding.

The most important part of my life is my faith in Jesus Christ. I do not force my faith on anyone, however, and if you do not wish to discuss anything to do with the Christian faith, I respect that. If you are a Christian and are looking for encouragement and support in your faith, I would love to talk with you and be here to listen.

I grew up in Canada, in the country. I was blessed to have horses, chickens, ducks, geese and a variety of other animals, and to just be surrounded by nature and quiet. I have a love for the countryside and I miss it very much as I live in the city now, on a busy and very noisy street. I also enjoy knitting and crocheting, camping, taking walks and reading.
