Hi! I hope you know that reaching out for support is so brave and something to be proud of!

Currently I assist individuals with ID/D but previously worked as a Certified Peer Specialist and then continued supporting individuals in a residential setting. I have a lot of personal experience with Depression, Anxiety, BPD, Trauma, and PTSD as well as navigating the mental health system. I strongly believe that recovery is possible because I live it and have seen it in others.
