Hello there! I find the thing in life that makes me the happiest is helping other people. Personally I have experience with bipolar 2 disorder and depression, as well as weight management and weight loss; I have lost over 100 pounds and changed my entire life. My goal is life is to be happy and if I am not doing something to benefit my life or someone else's life, I am wasting my time. I am nonjudgemental as I have done my fair share of wrongs. We all need someone to talk to.
