Hi!! I am glad you found me on 7 cups of tea. I am qualified and trained counsellor/therapist and my favourite subject is Mindfulness Cognitive Behaviour Therapy which I regularly practice on my own to improve my mental and physical health and I would love to share that with you.
I have a passion to help people to be happy and to be positive in their lives - I may not have all the answers or able to fix your problems but I certainly have a pair of empathetic ears and lots of patience! I practice Mindfulness to improve my mental and physical health and I would love to share that with you. I love to paint, draw and do craft at leisure and I am also an keen and experienced traveller.
