Hello.

I trained to become a listener on 7cups because I enjoy listening to people. I have been suffering with depression on and off for the last 10 years so I know the value of a good rant or just having someone there to listen to you.

I know that sometimes taking the first step can be difficult but the fact that you are here on this website browsing for a listener suggests that you are basically there, so why not say hello.
