Thanks for finding me here on 7 cups, I'm Alesha! I'm nineteen years old from the beautiful Tennessee, USA. I've struggled with depression and anxiety my whole life, so that's what I'm most experienced with, but I'm happy to listen to any problems you may have!
At the beginning of this year, I became very suicidal and spent three days in a facility with fourteen other people. During those three days, we became more than just patients in a hospital- we became a family. I was so humbled hearing everyone's stories that I knew I wanted to make a difference in peoples' lives. Though I will most likely never see the other patients again, they hold a place in my heart forever, and their stories have inspired me to go to school for psychology. By doing this, I'll not only learn how to better help others, I'll learn more about myself. Other than school, my interests include playing the piano; my cat, Felix; and reading! I'm a complete loner, and spend most of my time by myself. I promise I don't judge, and I will try to help you to the best of my ability!
